1. The first step is to open TAX HOUND and click Forgot Password?
2. Enter your Account Name and Press Tab
3. Enter your Email Address
4. Click Save and Continue
5. Click Reset Password
6. Click Exit
7. A password reset email will be sent to your email address.
8. Open the email and Click Click here to Reset
9. Enter New Password and Press Tab
10. Confirm New Password and Press Tab
11. Enter New Password Hint (a new password hint is required)
12. Click Update Password
13. Click Re-Login
14. Enter Account Name and Press Tab
15. Enter the New Password and Press Tab
16. Enter the Firm Name and Press Tab
17. Enter the Code from above
18. Click Login
19. That it. You’re done.
